GoSmart Ireland will at times offering promotional discounts and other promotional campaigns. When discounts are offered, a code will need to be entered at checkout, only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Some items may be excluded. We also provide an in-store loyalty card where a paying customer will receive a “stamp” per item purchased, this can provide up to 150e store credit if used effectively.

All prices on the website are shown in € Euros. GoSmart Ireland has the right at any time to change these prices without prior notice. All orders will specifically dictate shipping cost before payment completion, which will be charged at the rate applicable.
We reserve the right to make an additional charge for administrative expenses incurred for other methods of payment.

Warranties- Returns, Lost and Damages
In the event of any of your items were lost; damages in transit or exchange please contact us immediately by email to support via the contact us page on this website stating your name, address, Transaction ID and the enquiry.
Please wait 28 working days for U.K and European countries and 30 for International countries from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. We will send you a replacement item in return or a full refund.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds Terms & Conditions & Escalations Insutructions
Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the technical and connectivity requirements for the product to properly function have been confirmed before purchase.
However, DroidStar Electronics does – subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and DroidStar Electronics reserves the right, on a case by case basis, to consider doing so: details below.
DroidStar Electronics are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect goods correctly supplied – although we may offer a full refund within 7 days if the items are returned in perfect, unopened, resalable condition. On the 8th day, this policy reverts to our 12 months repair and exchange policy.
Faulty goods must be notified in writing for return approval after all troubleshooting steps have failed – via the GoSmart Ireland Specialist Customer Care department, contactable email@example.com
Returns of faulty goods must be authorised by GoSmart Ireland, via the GoSmart Ireland Specialist Customer Care department, contactable via the contact us page on this website.
Any items sent back to GoSmart Ireland without the authorisation of the Specialist Customer Care department will be returned to sender unopened.
Once opened, items cannot be returned or exchanged except if items are faulty. Technical requirements should be validated and fully checked before purchase. We do not offer a trade-in or upgrade facility.
If you have support authorisation to send a product back, the items are your responsibility until we have received the items; we advise that you use a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery.
If your return is accepted in compliance with the above terms, the returns team will follow our testing process and if a refund is agreeable, we will process it directly to the payment method used for purchase.
This can take up to 28 days.
Please note that any physical hardware, or developmental software modifications at operating system level to any of our products immediately voids the 12 month’s warranty.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Goods despatched to a third party are at buyer’s risk. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that the goods are correct before making payment.
All post & packaging costs are displayed on the website at the time of ordering, confirmation will also be sent by email. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, applications can be made on an individual basis and a quote will be sent, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Cancelling an online order
If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email, you can still cancel your order within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ to email@example.com
Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of the order being placed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure.

This will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. You have up to 7 working days in which to cancel any online order, which starts the day after receipt of the goods.
Once we’ve received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your account will be re-credited to that account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to GoSmart Ireland, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
Risk in goods passes on to the buyer upon delivery but the title in the goods remains with GoSmart Ireland until all amounts due have been paid in full.
GoSmart Ireland will not accept any liability for loss of profit or consequential losses suffered as a result of erroneous delivery or otherwise.
GoSmart Ireland will not accept any liability for what the end user chooses to access via their purchased product. This is at the user’s complete discretion.
